The responsibility of BP Atelier, as well as the third party mentioned on this site for any damages caused as a result of using, or the impossibility of using the site, as well as all other sites related to this one is excluded. According to the Law on consumer s protection, minors and people who are completely incapable of conducting business, cannot use distance shopping, but can only do so through their legal representatives. Persons who are partially capable of conducting business can conclude a contract only with the consent of their legal representative. Customer/user bears the responsibility for accuracy and completeness of the information given while registering.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

These conditions state the procedure of ordering, paying, delivery and complaints regarding the products offered on our site. Product seller is BP Atelier, art gallery, Vocarska 3, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Customer is every visitor to our web shop who, by filling out an electronic form with all the necessary information, orders at least one product, and sends the form back to the Seller.

ORDERING

All the products offered in our web shop are ordered via electronic form. BP Atelier commits itself to deliver all the products ordered and paid for, which are at the moment of delivery available on stock. In case BP Atelier is not able to deliver all the products ordered, it will contact the customer and agree on a postponed delivery date, compensation product or cancellation of the product ordered. The rest of the products ordered will be delivered. In case of being unable to deliver the product, ordered and paid for, or reach an agreement with the customer, refund will be made.

DELIVERY

The delivery of the products ordered and paid for is done through dispatches or mail. All products are packed in the way to avoid any damage during the usual transport. The customer s duty upon receiving the shipment is to check for any visible damage on the products or shipment, report it to the person who delivered it and refuse to accept damaged products or shipment. Shipping cost is NOT included in product prices.

PAYMENT

The customer is obliged to pay the ordered products together with the delivery expenses through postal money order ( Internet banking )or credit card (soon).

REFUND OR COMPLAINT

Customer is entitled to the return of the product, which he didnt order, or product, which has been damaged, if the damage hasnt been done during transport. In accordance with the customer by e-mail or phone, BP Atelier will authorize the return of the product and will send the customer a new shipment without any additional expenses. Customer is obliged to address his potential complaint via e-mail (bruno@bpatelier.com) or telephone ( ++385 1 4633 118 ) to BP Atelier in the period of 24 hours upon receiving the shipment. Complaints after this period will not be taken into consideration. Complaint is not considered valid if customer ordered the wrong product, or does not like the ordered product.
